Confidentiality Agreement
Notice of Information Practices
Your privacy is important to us; therefore, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy. We collect nonpublic personal information about clients from various sources, including the following:
Information we receive from our interviews with you regarding your tax or business situation;
Information we receive from you on applications, organizers, or by other means, such as your name, address, telephone number, Social Security number, dependents, income and other tax or business related data;
Information from tax-related documents you provide us that are required to process your tax return, such as Forms W-2,1099R, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, stock transactions, etc.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal or business information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by them or as required by law.
We restrict access to business and professional information about our clients, to those employees who need to know such information to provide products or services to them. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard our client's nonpublic information.
Proprietary Integrity
EDP Consulting Group, Inc. Is involved in many aspects of our clients' business cycle and professional development. As such, we do not disclose any proprietary information, processes, materials, and associations about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by them or as required by law.
EDP Consulting Group, Inc. reserves the right to refuse work relationships it may consider immoral, unethical or illegal by State or Federal Law. EDP Consulting Group, Inc. Will be responsible for protecting the privacy of Financial Information owned by the client. EDP Consulting Group, Inc. will not "sell" or "rent" to any third party for direct marketing purposes.
Associations
EDP Consulting Group, Inc. is a dynamic organization of in-house and associate professionals all agreeing to professional confidentiality regarding all of our clients. In our roll of business development and professional assistance, we find opportunities of synergies among clients. In those cases, we do not disclose any proprietary information, processes, materials, and associations about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by them or as required by law.
In the event EDP Consulting Group, Inc. introduces the client to any of our associates or other clients, all business conducted with the associate is between the clients and the associate. EDP Consulting Group, Inc. is not responsible for the actions of those parties.
The above statements are to server as an agreement of business practice between EDP Consulting Group, Inc. and the client. I, or we, accept and approve the above, and I, or we, the undersigned, severally and jointly authorize the above EDP Consulting Group, Inc. to act on my, or our, behalf.
